Meals Timing and Location
Breakfast is offered daily from 8:00 to 9:00 in the canteen on the 1st floor.
Lunch is served daily from 11:30 to 12:45 in the school’s canteens, located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Teachers assist students in the canteens to help maintain organization. Students and staff dine together, fostering a sense of community.
The afternoon snack is served from 15:00 to 15:30 in the canteen on the 1st floor.
Catering and Dietary Options
A private company is responsible for the catering at IST. Fresh and healthy meals are prepared on-site every day, considering the dietary needs of our pupils. There is always a vegetarian option available. Lactose-free and gluten-free foods can also be requested by notifying IST in advance. Milk and bread are included every day, and when pork is on the menu, another protein option is provided. Pupils are also welcome to bring their food from home and eat it in the canteen, where a microwave is available to heat up the food.

Weekly menus are displayed on the school information TVs and are also published in the lunch section below.
The cost of school meals is not included in the tuition fee. The prices for meals are:
• Breakfast – 1.90€
• Lunch – 5.50€
• Afternoon snack – 2.30€
The lunch fee can be paid monthly via the school invoice.
