Young Engineers in Action:

Science Camp Electric Car Project During the February school holiday, our grade 4-6 students had an exciting opportunity to take part in a Science Camp focused on sustainable technology. Throughout the camp, students engaged in research, created presentations, and deepened their knowledge of electric cars. The highlight of the project was assembling an electric car, which was specially ordered from the UK-based company Greenpower. This hands-on experience was made possible through the support of the Environmental Investment Centre (Keskkonnainvesteeringute Keskus – KIK), which funded the project. After completing the build, students eagerly took the car for test drives, enjoying both the thrill of driving and the pride of seeing their teamwork come to life. The journey doesn’t end here! We will continue to use the car as a valuable learning tool for our students, inspiring future engineers and innovators.

MYP Food Drive for the Estonian Food Bank

MYP students will soon launch a food drive to support the Estonian Food Bank, helping individuals and families in need. This is a great opportunity for our school community to come together and make a meaningful impact. We kindly encourage donations of non-perishable food items, which will go directly to families, including many with young children. Every contribution, big or small, can help provide comfort and nourishment to those facing food insecurity. Suggested Donations: Porridge Pasta Canned soups & canned goods Cooking oil Sugar & salt Treats (candies & cookies) Stay tuned for further details, including the collection dates and drop-off locations. Let’s come together to support our community!
