ManageBac is the industry leading student information system (SIS) for IB international schools. It provides the framework needed to facilitate IB curriculum planning with enhanced efficiency, provides avenues for assessment and sets a standard for reporting, while minimizing the amount of paperwork and centralizing communication with parents and students.

The e-student card from Valnes is not only an identity document, but also an interactive access card that allows you to enter the gate and gives access to use free public transport. It is also used as an access card to take out books from the library.
Student cards can be ordered through the Valnes system with the Estonian ID-card: https://opilaspilet.valnes.ee or by e-mailing Enely Raja at our front desk: email@example.com. A digital document picture of the child is needed. The card costs 4.50 Euro.
IST’s cloakroom is located on the first floor, (up the stairs to the right), opposite the reception desk. The room is equipped with racks for storage of pupils’ clothes and materials. Each child is allocated one or two pegs (depending on the grade) to hang coats and jackets, plus some room under the seats to store shoes and on the shelves above the racks for other items. MYP and DP students are assigned a locker at the beginning of the school year, where they can store books, backpacks and other items.
LOST AND FOUND
All items found on school premises without an owner will be collected and placed in the lost and found cupboard in our office on the third floor. Unidentified clothing items (shoes, coats, scarves, gloves…) are placed in a large box in the cloakroom. Marked items are delivered to the children at the earliest opportunity. Before the holidays, all the items left in lost and found will be donated to charity.
